Returns & Associated Fees

• Items must be in like new condition to be returned (no scratches, missing parts, etc), if items are returned damaged or missing parts the customer may have to assume all cost for damages, and missing parts. (This does not include defective devices).
• There is a 15% Restocking fees for all items sold by Brown Bear Industries. (This does not include defective devices).
• Please return all items in original packaging, with all parts or the return will be denied and you will be charged the full price for said item.
• Before a refund is attempted please use the contact us tab on the website to start the process. We will require the order/tracking number to proceed with the process or your request will be denied.

• All products are shipped and insured through the United States Postal Service. 
• Lead times are estimated to be anywhere from 2-3 business days when in stock (not including NVGR models and sewn goods). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
• There is 2 week lead time on all NVGR models.
• There is a 3-5 week lead time for all sewn goods, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products that are listed on the Brown Bear Industries website or Social Media. Due to transaction fee’s charged to us by our processors, any cancellation and/or returns will be subject to a 15% fee. Please refer to our lead times listed above to better understand the time your item will take to ship. Lead times are driven based on our team, and product availability.
